Readathon Pledge Form
Event Dates: February 28 – March 17 2023
Please help support me and my school! All money collected will go directly toward funding reading programs for this coming school year such as Accelerated Reader and iXL.
If every student raises $25, we will reach our goal of $5,000 in order to continue funding requested learning programs for Snow Creek Elementary.
All pledge forms and money must be turned in to the school or online by Friday, March 17, 2023
How does this work?
Before the Read-a-Thon:
Ask friends and family to pledge money for each minute you read, or a flat amount (like $20 total, no matter how much you read). Let them know the money will support school-wide programs to support reading and math skills. Sponsors can pay with cash, check (made out to Snow Creek PTO), or online (www.snowcreekpto.org).
During the Read-a-Thon:
Read books, magazines, graphic novels, poems, anything! Record the minutes you spend reading on your Reading Log.
After the Read-a-Thon:
Collect checks or cash donations, and turn in your completed Pledge Form and Reading Log to your teacher in an enveloped for “PTO” or online at www.snowcreekpto.org . Donations, Pledge Forms, and Reading Logs are due by Friday, March 17, 2023.
Prizes will be awarded the week of March 27th for students who meet their reading goal and/or raise money.
